Shamanic healing is the oldest form of healing known. We focus on addressing bringing the client's spiritual energy back in harmony with the mind and body. In doing so it aids in the body healing itself. This can be done through ritual, guided meditation, soul retrieval, cutting energetic cords, shamanic journeying along with other traditions and techniques.

Therapeutic Massage : this is designed to address specific areas of concern. Moderate to firm pressure may be used
Swedish Massage: this is designed to relax body and mind. aids to reduce stress relieve muscle tension increase circulation.
Prenatal Massage: this massage is designed for mommies to be. basic massage is used up until 12wks, after that positioning modifications are used to keep mom and baby safe. Massage will be performed sidelying after 12wks, but we will strive to make it an enjoyaable and relaxing experience.
Cupping/Medicupping: this is a therapeutic technique which helps to decompress soft tissue using vacuum suction. Silicone cups or a machine are used. Beneficial for releasing connective tissue and increasing muscle function and range of motion. decreasing muscle tension and increasing circulation
Full body Hot Stone: using warm stones as an extension of the therapists hand. help to soften tissue and relax muscles quicker and allows the therapist to work deeper without the discomfort of a deep tissue massage. Stone used throughout session I also incorporate general hands on techniques throughout as well.
